Wilmington is home to one of my favorite shows, One Tree Hill. I’ve been lucky enough to visit twice and each time I was able to see more. If you’re interested in visiting Wilmington and want to visit the filming locations of One Tree Hill than this is the perfect guide for you! Here’s a list of some of the locations I’ve visited.
1. EUE/Screen Gems Studio is home to many inside scenes on the show. Although the show is no longer running you can still visit the outside of the studio at 1223 N. 23rd Street

2. Many people know this as Karens Cafe, but also as the corner of Front and Grace. Unfortunately it looks a little different on the outside since its not really Karen’s Cafe but it still is the exterior of all filming locations. They also used the interior for all filming inside Karens Cafe and Clothes over Bros.
3. 1901 Chestnut Street is home to the shows very own Peyton Sawyer. Here you will see where they filmed many outside shots and get the chance to find that perfect photo op.

4. At 2314 Tattersalls Drive you will find Brooke Davis’s house, another exterior filming location on the show. The people that live there love having visitors. They even leave a lemonade stand outside where you can make donations and proceeds will be made to a charity.

5. The Rivercourt is at USS North Carolina Battleship. The actual rivercourt was unfortunately taken down after filming was shut down but you can still visit where it once was.

6. N 6th Street is home to the famous bridge in the opening credits as well as some scenes throughout the series.
7. Airlie Gardens located at 300 Airlie Rd is home to one very important scene. Karen is dreaming of Keith and their child as they are standing in a field of flowers.

8. The Dixie Grille was a home base in season 6 for Brooke, Sam, Jack and sometimes Julian. Sam would share many meals here with Jack.

9. 1829 Wrightsville Avenue is home to Tree Hill's very own Lucas and Karen Scott. Many exterior scenes were filmed here.

10. Tric was home to some of the best performers and parties Tree Hill had.
11.Whitey Durham Field House is home to the exterior where the basketball games took place. Although the real games took place at a local high school.

12. The Naley Bench is located on the riverwalk in downtown Wilmington. This is where Nathan and Haley had their “first” date.

13. 1621 Country Club Rd is home to the very own Scott Family. Dan, Deb and Nathan hosted many parties in the backyard.

14. Clean Juice is home to Tree Hill's very own Tree Hill Cafe. Which is the competitor of the newly opened Karen's Cafe in season 9.

15. Krazy Mikes, although not a filming location, has tons of merchandise available for purchase. Even from other shows filmed there as well such as Dawsons Creek. All merchandise I have purchased from there is great material and is pictured in most of my photos above!
